Our appointment well very well today. Our doctor thinks we are having a girl based on the heart rate. She said this at our last appointment as well, so we’ll see if she turns out to be right. We will find out baby’s gender in four weeks, on August 14th.
The way our doctor put it, “a lot of people like to call this appointment ‘finding out baby’s gender’; I like to call it ‘scanning for birth defects.’” Either way, I am very excited and absolutely cannot wait. Thankfully, I will be working full-time for the next few weeks and I am sure time will fly by quickly.
