Hundred over Sixty
I have slept like never before in the past few days. And by that I mean 14-16 hours a day. That’s a little much. But there was nothing I could do, really. I would get up, eat something and then go right back to bed. Then repeat. I only had energy for about 30 minutes a day. Enough to get up, walk to the kitchen, drop a few edible items in my mouth and walk right back to the bedroom.
Fifty days
I bought return tickets today. I will be in Boise in exactly fifty days. Or seven weeks. I will be flying in on Thanksgiving Day and find that very appropriate. We will have a lot to be thankful for. We already have a lot to be thankful for. Anyway, just a quick word for all those who have been walking this road with us. I hope to get together and celebrate with you all. More later. Peace.

I have been putting this off for a while, for a number of reasons. First, I don’t have health insurance in this country. None of my three jobs pay enough to qualify me for health insurance.
Sauna Basics

Sauna for me is like oxygen. It’s in my blood. I miss it if I haven’t been in a while. I’m drawn to it. And it calls to me. In that sweet, angelic voice as only a sauna can. Ahhhh, it’s beautiful. Without it, I am like fish out of water.
Eleven
And so the countdown continues…Even though I have not yet purchased those pieces of paper that will punctuate my passage through foreign lands, seas, and oceans to the other side of the world, my heart is ready.
I have always been a driven person. And an organized one. For some odd reason, I enjoy setting a goal and getting to it. But I don’t like the process of such journeying. I know I should. And I am working on it…
