Happy Fourth

July 4th is upon us, so I am here to wish everyone a Happy Independence Day! Apparently, our next door neighbor, the one we share a wall with, started his celebration early and failed to come home last night. How do I know this? His alarm was going off for what now seems like hours, beginning promptly at 5:23 am.
The sound of this alarm was especially, how you say, piercing? It reached right inside my brain and gave it a good squeeze. I believe they call it “cruel and unusual punishment.” Seriously though, it was bad enough that husband and I had to relocate onto our lovely futon in the office. Thank goodness for rooms that don’t share any walls with any neighbors with loud alarm clocks.
Happy Independence Day!

Oh my gosh I lived next to someone who did that in college. They would do it about once a week. I bet it makes you SO excited to move into a house!!!
Jenny B: Oh yeah, we definitely can’t wait to get into that house! Everything seems to be coming together, but it’s still very very very unbelievable. I guess once we sign all those papers and actually get the key, it’ll sink in.
I love your blog! Just thought I’d stop by and say so. I am loving the blogging community. Makes people feel not-so-far-away…
