I have been trying to find a used filing cabinet for a few months now. I’ve checked on Craig’s List, eBay, used office furniture store, etc., etc., etc. No luck. I refuse to pay $200+ for a filing cabinet because I know I can buy it used for $20; however, so far every deal has slipped through my fingers. So, if anyone knows of any deals I might be missing, please let me know. Also, if you have any tips for searching out that one perfect lateral filing cabinet, please do share. Thanks.

Hey, we have 2 filing cabinets we want to get rid of, but they are both 2-drawer cabinets and they are pretty ugly. Want to come over next weekend and look at them? We want to get a 4-cabinet system instead so we were wanting to get rid of them.
Jenny: I think I found a perfect solution at Target. It’s affordable plus the filing cabinets are small enough to fit under our desks. I am not sure why I haven’t seen those in Target before—maybe they just got that model in recently. Anyway, I am pretty happy with this solution, yippie for organizing!

That’s good…the carpet cleaning man just broke the key off in my filing cabinet with his big old vacuum cleaner…WHAAAAAAAAA. So glad you are getting organized, can you transfer some of that motivation to me. I have 2 baskets of “stuff” that needs a home!!!!
Niki: Not good. Well, after my initial excitement I kind of abandoned my big project and took a break for a day, so I am running low on enthusiasm as well. It’ll have to get done sometime between now and Sunday when Nathan gets back from Seattle.
