Looks like Louisiana is pulling its pants up to strike against indecent exposure. The city of Delcambre, LA just passed legislation making it illegal to expose one’s underwear, essentially ruling out low-slung pants. You can spend up to six months in jail for such naughty behavior. So, if you are traveling through this great state this summer, please do remember to pull yo’ pants up!

    Jenny: I so totally agree. In my opinion, showing your underwear to the world is utterly tasteless. I’m glad Louisiana is doing something about it! By the way, we had so much fun with you guys at the museum, thanks so much!
