Month Five
We are still here, in case you are wondering. Month five has been an absolute blast. Hudson got to spend time with his paternal grandparents and was dedicated at The Russian Bible Church in Richardson. He screamed through the whole thing, but that’s ok. God still loves him.
Hudson also got two teeth this month, is rolling all over the place and loves cereal. He is getting to the point where he wants to socialize all the time and is trying to skip his naps. Needless to say, we are working hard to change the nap situation. I suspect he is going to cut more teeth soon, so he might be crabby for that very reason.
In other news, I am still recovering from my c-section, five months later. I know it’s hard to believe, but trust me, it’s possible. This week alone I’ve gone to four different doctors, including an ultrasound and a neurosurgery consult. I am growing very weary of this sudden dip in my health and can’t wait to get back to normal. I might need to define ‘normal’ differently now.
Stay tuned, more news to come soon.
