Traveling Fools

Hubby and I are about to embark on an international travel escapade. I have very mixed feelings about this because Hudson is not coming with us. He’ll be hangin’ with his grandparents for ten whole days. He seems totally cool with this arrangement, but I am very nervous. I know everyone will have fun in our absence, but it’s still quite bittersweet.

We’ll be exploring Tokyo, Kyoto and maybe Mt. Fuji. We’ll also get to meet some of Nathan’s relatives, which is absolutely exciting. I am in charge of packing up some small presents and I don’t even have them in hand yet. I haven’t even started thinking about packing and we leave in 36-ish hours. Lord, have mercy on my soul.

I may or may not post while we are gone, depending on internet connection availability, etc. But I promise to take loads of pictures and share as soon as we get back.
